End User License Agreement

Effective date: May 7, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and First Aid Training Barbados ("Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the First Aid Training Barbados website, booking platform, and related administrative tools (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose: booking first aid training courses, managing course attendance, and (for authorized administrators) managing related business operations.

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Intuit QuickBooks Online for accounting, Fygaro for payment processing, and Pipedrive for customer relationship management. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process information you provide (such as name, email, phone number, billing details, and booking information) to deliver the Service. Data may be transmitted to and stored by the third-party providers listed above strictly to fulfill bookings, process payments, and maintain accounting records. We do not sell personal data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license expressly stated in this Agreement.

7. Fees and Payments

Course fees and any applicable add-ons are displayed at booking. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our published booking and cancellation policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Barbados, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Barbados.
