Cancellation & refund policy

We know plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair to you and to the small-group training schedule we run.

Rescheduling your course

If something comes up, you can move your booking to a different course date. The rules below depend on how much notice you give us.

More than 7 days before your course

Reschedule at no charge. Your $50 deposit transfers to the new date automatically. You can also choose to cancel and receive a full refund of any balance you have already paid beyond the deposit.

Between 7 days and 72 hours before your course

You can still reschedule to the next available public course date free of charge. Your deposit moves with you to the new booking.

Within 72 hours of your course

Late reschedules are allowed, but because we can no longer fill your original spot, your $50 deposit is forfeited. You will need to place a new deposit to secure the next date.

Cancelling your booking

If you decide not to attend at all, your $50 deposit is non-refundable. Any course balance you paid in advance beyond the deposit will be refunded within 5 business days.

No-shows

If you do not attend and do not contact us before the course start time, your booking is treated as a cancellation. The deposit is forfeited and any pre-paid balance is refunded.

Group and business bookings

The same per-person rules apply to employer-sponsored and private group bookings. For cancellations or reschedules affecting 6 or more people at once, we handle those case-by-case to find a fair solution for your team and our schedule. Contact us as soon as you know a change is needed.

If we cancel the course

We run courses rain or shine. In the very rare event that we have to cancel a course — for example, due to instructor illness or an unsafe venue — you will receive a full refund including your deposit, or a free transfer to the next available date, whichever you prefer.

How to request a change

The fastest way is to message us on WhatsApp with your name, original course date, and the change you need. You can also call or email us. We aim to confirm changes within the same business day.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be returned to the same account.
