Course agenda for staff certification
- Morning — primary assessment, paediatric CPR (child + infant), AED integration, choking.
- Midday — bleeding control, wound care, burns, allergic reactions, asthma, EpiPen.
- Afternoon — head injury and concussion, fractures, spinal precautions, medical emergencies (seizure, diabetic, heat).
- End of day — playground scenario runs, skills sign-off, certificates issued on the spot.

Pricing
Flat BBD $1,950 for a full staff group (up to 12), delivered on your campus with all equipment provided — that's ~BBD $163 per head at full capacity, well below the per-person public rate. Larger staff bodies are split across sessions. Individual teachers can attend a public course at BBD $250 per person.

- How much does school first aid training cost in Barbados?
- For a whole staff group, we charge a flat BBD $1,950 delivered on-site with all equipment included — that covers up to 12 staff per session. Individual teachers who want to attend a public course pay BBD $250 per person.
- What certification do teachers receive?
- HSI Basic First Aid, CPR & AED — internationally recognised, valid for 2 years, verifiable through HSI. Suitable for teaching contracts, INSET compliance and international-school accreditation frameworks.
- Can you train on our campus during INSET days or half-term?
- Yes — this is how most schools book us. We deliver during INSET days, term breaks, evenings, or weekends. Bring your own space (staffroom, hall, gym) and we bring everything else.
- Do you train students as well as staff?
- Yes. We run babysitter first aid for 13+ students, and secondary-school life-skills programs pitched to the age group. These are booked separately from staff training.
- How long is a full course?
- One day (roughly 6–7 hours including a break) for a full first aid, CPR & AED certification. Shorter age-appropriate sessions for student programs.
- Do you cover paediatric-specific scenarios?
- Yes — choking (the most common paediatric emergency), severe allergic reactions and EpiPen use, asthma attacks, playground trauma, head injuries and concussion recognition, and paediatric CPR are all built into the syllabus for school staff.
