Why we ask for a deposit
Our courses run with small groups so every student gets hands-on time with manikins, AED trainers, and bandaging kits. Spaces fill quickly — especially on weekends — and equipment is allocated per person. A deposit guarantees your spot and lets us plan the right instructor-to-student ratio.
Deposit amount
The advance deposit is $50 BBD per person. This is required at the time of booking for all individual and business course reservations.
How to pay
You can pay your deposit securely online when you book a course, or send it via WhatsApp or bank transfer if you are arranging a group booking through our business team.
When the balance is due
The remaining course balance is payable on the day of the course. We accept cash or card at the training location. For business bookings, the balance can be settled by invoice if arranged in advance.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable. They secure a specific date and equipment allocation that cannot be re-sold at short notice. If you need to change your plans, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for rescheduling options.
Business and group bookings
The same deposit rules apply per person for employer-sponsored and group bookings. If your company is paying, we can invoice for the deposit or accept a single consolidated payment — just mention it when you request a quote.
